Each cargo with destined to Libya should be covered by a CTN.

Documents required:

Bill of Lading (OBL for validation)
Commercial Invoice
Freight Invoice (Not required if Freight mentioned on commercial invoice)
Customs Declaration
Certificate of Origin (Certified by the Chamber of Commerce )
Statistical ID Document (of the Libyan company/importer)
