Each cargo with final destination Bamako should be covered by a BESC (Bordereau Electronique de Suivi des Cargaison).

Documents required:

B/L copy ( OBL required for validation)
Commercial invoice
Freight Invoice ( Not needed if Freight is mentioned in commercial invoice)

BESC N° has to be indicated in the B/L and manifest;
