Terms and Conditions

The General Terms and Conditions apply to all services by Samsea Shipping Services Pvt Ltd. Any other General Terms and Conditions, including the customer’s, other party to the Agreement will not be applicable. 

• Our team shall assist and guide through the entire process of waiver certificates basis documents and information received.
• Any delay/ rejection of waiver / penalty incurred due failure to provide correct documents by shipper’s /consignee’s / forwarder’s is at their own responsibility and all cost and consequences are at shipper’s /consignee’s / forwarder’s.
• Proper checking of Draft waiver is sole responsibility of shipper’s /consignee’s / forwarder’s. 
• Once Draft waiver is confirmed thereafter any changes are subject to extra charges and as per relevant country authority’s regulations.
• No Refund can be processed once waiver application has been filed.
• Application can only processed once payment is credited in Samsea Shipping Services bank account. Any delay due delayed payment is on Customer’s account
• Release or rejection of a validated waiver is solely the decision of the authorities at destination. Same applies for penalties if imposed by them. No claim can be raised against Samsea Shipping Services Pvt Ltd.. These claims can be discussed with the concerned parties at destination.
• These General Terms and conditions are governed by Indian law. Disputes will be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Mumbai courts.
